In this regard, Prateek says that he tried three times to enter his name in the Guinness Book of World Records, but was rejected every time.
But he sent his name with full preparation for the fourth time, which was accepted now. With this, the title of world record has now been named after him.

People used to make fun in school-college
Due to the small stature of bodybuilder Prateek Vitthal Mohite, people have been making fun of him a lot, but Prateek wrote the success story by making this small stature his weapon.
Talking to BBC Hindi, Prateek says, “I used to be very afraid of dogs because of my stature. Many times dogs attacked me, because I saw them as different from the rest of the humans. So I made my body. started.”
He says, “When I used to go to school or college, I used to meet different people in the local train. Some would laugh at me, then some would make fun of me. I thought that if I go on talking to everyone, I will have a hundred fights a day. And this will bother me myself, so I decided to ignore all these and focus on my career.
Prateek says that after that he stopped paying attention to people’s pranks and their abuses. They say that now those who encourage me, I remember only their words.

‘This journey is not easy’
Regarding the process of getting his name into the Guinness Book of World Records, Prateek says, “I started participating in bodybuilding competitions in 2016. Initially, I was very scared of going out in public and performing on stage. Was that some people should not make my video viral like a joke.
He further explains, “But suppressing my fear, I decided that I have to show something. And when I went on stage, I got a lot of love from people, seeing this, my courage grew and I gradually participated in many competitions. started participating in it.”
He told that by playing for Maharashtra in 2018, he was successful in winning the silver medal. He got selected for the national level from 2018. This year he played the national game in Ludhiana, Punjab.

Regarding the struggle to make a world record, he says, “A friend of mine told me about the Guinness World Record. After that I applied for it 3 years ago. He rejected me thrice.”
He further says, “After this I read many news on the internet and asked him the reason for getting rejected, he told that I was giving the title wrong for the competition. He asked us for many certificates, like how much my height is, Has my height always been the same, asked for many certificates for bodybuilding and participating in many other competitions.
Prateek says that after that he found out all this information and after that he could get the title of ‘Competitive Bodybuilder’ of the world’s shortest height in the Guinness Book of World Records.

‘At the age of 12 I found out I was different’
This dream of Prateek, who dreamed of becoming a soldier in childhood, was broken when he was about 12 years old.
Prateek says that he was 12 years old, then came to know that my height will not grow anymore and he is different from the rest of the children.
He says, “It was not easy for my parents to hear this. Everyone at home was very sad. I was put in ‘Handicap Hostel’. I studied there for 3 years and after studying there for that many days, I got this. I understood that if someone says something, I cannot shut their mouth. That’s why I completed my graduation.”
He says that he was not much interested in studies, so he focused on sports.
Prateek says, “Now I am happy that my hard work has finally paid off. When I was making Guinness World Records, no one in the family believed. It meant I could not believe that I was the world’s shortest bodybuilder. I am. But when this record was made, the family members were very happy.”

Prateek Vithal Mohite attributes his success to his mother and father
He credits his success to his family. He says, “I have been able to reach here because of my family. Papa used to give me a little of what he used to earn. Mother used to give me money for expenses by sewing others’ clothes, because bodybuilding takes a lot of money.” Huh.”
He further explains, “I have to go to different places and I have to bear all the expenses of participating in the competition and going there. And also have to take care of the food. Without the support of the family, I cannot do anything. ”
About his dream ahead after making Guinness World Records, Prateek says, “I want to prepare myself for Mr. World and bring gold for India.”
Giving a message to people of short stature like himself, he says, “I just want to say to people like me that our stature may be small, but we are not less than anyone. Our stature is small, but our thinking Always keep it big.”
In the end, he says, “Everyone has some or the other deficiency. If God has given us something less, then he must have given some quality in us too. We just have to find that quality and present it to the world.” “
