Mandsaur News: Auction the movable and immovable property of Sahara India and make payment

Mandsaur. Now the anger of the agents is increasing continuously against the Sahara India Company for not paying the investors with crores of rupees. The agents of Sahara India Company submitted a memorandum to Collector Gautam Singh regarding this. In this the demand was told that Rs 60-70 crore of the people of Mandsaur district are stranded. For this, payment should be made by auctioning the movable and immovable property of Sahara India.

Kuldeep Pathak, Narendra Dhanotia, Rajesh Gupta, Rajulal Rathor, Shakir Noor, Sunderlal Ratnarwat, Nandkishore Mali, Mangilal Sethia, Yashwant Kumar Dia, Jitendra Kumar Jain, Rajendra Kumar Parihar, Rameshchandra Gehlot, Harishankar Kumawat, Balram Bhavsar, Laxminarayan Mali, Vinod Vyas , Rajesh Paliwal, Ankit Jain, Virendra Kumawat, Ashok Kumar Srivastava, Satish Jain, Yogesh Jain, Nandkishore Mali, Mohanlal Parmar, Vijay Punwani, Daulatram Patidar, Manish Jain, Rajesh Sharma, Suresh Khamora, Rajesh Gupta, Mahesh Gupta, Sunil Mujavdia etc. Said that the company has not been paying the depositors for many years. Even after the FIR in City Kotwali, no one has been arrested. The company had also bought land in Mandsaur in the name of its associate companies. On the report of SP Sunil Pandey, attachment proceedings have also been taken by Collector Gautam Singh, which should be auctioned immediately and paid. All the directors of the company including Sahara India chief Subrata Roy Sahara should be arrested who have not returned the depositors’ money on time. Sahara India Company and its subsidiaries have worked as agents in all the companies including Sahara Credit Cooperative Society, Star Multipurpose Society, Sahara Universal Cooperative Society, Sahara Q Shop. The payments are not being made even after the maturity period of the company for many years. Sometimes the agents are also being assaulted by the depositors. Police stations are making rounds of the courts because of our complaints to the police stations. 65 to 70 crores of depositors are not being paid by the company even after the maturity period.

The collector has ordered attachment of associate companies, in which information has been received that various conspiracies are being made to stop the land attachment. The companies in whose name the land was purchased have no relation with Sahara India, an attempt is being made to present such a side. Whereas all the companies in whose name the land was purchased belong to the Sahara India Group. Everyone will get relief by auctioning these lands. Land was bought for the construction of Sahara City Homes in Mandsaur, on which Sahara City Homes was not built and the land was sold. Strict action should be taken against the directors and officers of Sahara India and its subsidiaries and the depositors should be paid. Collector Gautam Singh said that the court proceedings are going on, we have given attachment orders.
