Which is also easy to make and also looks very tasty to eat. Dili Dhokla will make your stomach full after eating it. This will also make you less hungry. So that you can stay fit.

Ingredients for Idli Dhokla

  • Semolina
  • Gram Flour
  • Green chilly
  • curry leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • sugar water
  • Salt
  • rye
  • Red chilly
  • Curd
  • hinge
  • Garlic

How to make Idli Dhokla

  • To make Idli Dhokla, first of all, mix semolina and gram flour with asafoetida, ginger, red chili, salt as per taste and curd.
  • As soon as your mixture is ready, keep it to froth for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • If you want, you can prepare a solution of sugar and lemon, which will be poured over it.
  • After 15 minutes, check the batter and mix it well and pour it into the idli mould.
  • Grease the idli mold with oil before pouring it. Because if you put the mixture in it without oil, then it can also stick.
  • Now put the mixture in it equally. As soon as you put the mixture in everything, keep it for steaming, and keep checking after a while.
  • As soon as it is ready, check the inside with the help of a spoon, if the mixture does not stick, then understand that your dhokla is ready.
  • Now switch off the gas and let it cool down a bit. After that heat oil in a spoon, add curry leaves along with green chilies and put that chickpeas on the dhokla, lemon and sugar water on top.
  • Let it cool in the fridge for a while and then serve it to everyone.
