Bhopal Sports News : Bhopal (Navdunia representative). Mayank Academy defeated Udaan Academy by six wickets in the Under-18 Cricket Tournament on the back of Prarabdha Mishra’s lethal five-wicket haul and Vikas and Gaurav’s brilliant batting.
In the match played at the local Babeali ground, Udan Academy scored a score of 171 runs while batting first. Ojas Yadav contributed 82 runs and Gautam 46 runs. Mayank Academy captain Prarabdha Mishra took five wickets. In reply, the target of 172 was achieved by Mayank Academy for the loss of four wickets. Vikas Sharma scored 54 runs, Rajneesh scored 47 runs and Gaurav scored 46 runs. Alif and Ojas took one wicket each from Udaan’s side. 1,1 Prarabh was adjudged man of the match for his lethal bowling.
Mann and Aniket’s century helped Faith make RCC easy win
Faith Club scored a huge score of 535 runs in 50 overs in an Under 25 match at Habibganj Railway Ground. Man Dubey scored 186 and Aniket Verma scored 172, Krish Malhotra also scored 90 runs. Durgesh of RCC took two wickets. In reply, the entire team of RCC was all out for 181 runs. RCC’s Vishal Soni contributed 63 and Sachin Gaur contributed 58 runs. Aniket Verma took three, Rahul Batham and Krish took two wickets.
Irfan’s lethal bowling
Sehore defeated Jyotiraditya Academy by seven wickets on the basis of Irfan’s lethal bowling. Jyotiraditya Academy scored 85 runs while playing first. In this, Parvind scored 27 and Mohit scored 14 runs. Mohammad Irfan took six and Prankesh Rai took two wickets. In reply, Sehore achieved the winning target losing three wickets. Prankesh Rai played an innings of 51 runs.
