242 new cases of Kovid-19 infection surfaced in Odisha, three more people died

On Friday, 242 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in Odisha, out of which 45 are children. With the new cases, the total number of infected in the state increased to 10,46,559. The health department official said that with the death of three more people due to corona virus infection, the total number of dead due to the epidemic in the state has increased to 8,389. The infection rate among children is 18.59 percent, which is higher than yesterday’s 12.66 percent. The 242 new cases in the state have come in only 19 districts out of 30. Of these, 141 were segregated.
