51 government and private schools of the district participated in this program, everyone showed talent.
The 29th Children’s Science Congress-2021 district level Children’s Science Conference cum exhibition was held at Model Institute Plus Two High School. 51 government and private schools of the district participated in this program. All the children appeared in their school uniforms. Children from different schools presented 61 projects.
These include use of air and water as fuel, traditional and modern food items, study of technology in daily life, agro eco system, corona is a challenging disease, pollution is a serious problem, solar power plant, medicines plant disease free, chemical The children presented other innovation and development modeling including the status of increasing use, solar energy, use of soil, vegetarian vs non-vegetarian and preserving waste flowers…..
The inauguration was done by District Program Officer Pushpa Kumari of Secondary Education. He said that the main objective of the program is to inculcate scientific temper among the students. Today on this platform many children expressed their thinking together. The program was presided over by Prof. Dr. Ramtavkya Singh, retired teacher of Veer Kunwar Singh University. He said that this is a good initiative of the Education Department.
This will increase scientific thinking in the children. Principal Radheshyam Paswan said that children of 10 to 17 years showed their talent in the district level Children Science Conference cum Exhibition. The stage was conducted by Manohar Kumar and vote of thanks by District Coordinator Dr. Sangeeta Kumari. The jury consisted of Dr. Ramtavkya Singh, Sudhir Kumar and Asif Ahmed.
Coordinator Manohar Kumar and Dr. Mamta Mishra contributed to the success of the program. Please note that for every 10 projects, one has to be selected. In which 60% will be selected from senior category and 40% from junior category and 50-50% from urban and rural areas.
It is a group based program with 2 children on each project, with one lead as the group lead and the other as a helper. The best performing children will be selected for state level competition. The state level competition will be held from November 17 to 20.

Children from 51 private and government schools participated in the District Level Children Science Conference cum Exhibition. These include SN Memorial High School, Plus Two School Ghajiyapur, Dr Nemichand Girls High School, Rajkiya Girls Plus Two High School, Hit Narayan Kshatriya School, HD Jain School, RKS Plus Two Pavana, DBM Ramapur, Plus Two High School Shahpur, HD Jain College. Other schools including Sarvodaya Plus Two High School Pirouta, Plus Two School Semrao, Harkhen Kumar Gyan Sthali and Model Institute Plus Two High School participated in the programme.
