Coronavirus India Updates: There is a decrease in the cases of Coronavirus in the country. 12,514 new COVID-19 cases were registered across the country in the last 24 hours, which is 2.46 percent less than yesterday. There were 12,830 case reports on Sunday. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, during the last 24 hours, 251 patients have died due to corona infection. So far 4,58,437 people have lost their lives due to the outbreak of the deadly virus. According to the Ministry of Health, the recovery rate i.e. infection free rate in the country is 98.20 percent. During the last 24 hours, 12,718 patients have been cured of corona, while so far a total of 3,36,68,560 people have recovered after winning the battle against corona.
Acquit cases account for 0.46 percent of the total cases, which is the lowest since March 2020. Talking about the numbers, at present 1,58,817 corona patients are being treated in the country. This is the lowest figure of 248 days.
The daily infection rate in the country is 1.42 percent, which has remained below 2 percent for the last 28 days. At the same time, the weekly infection rate is 1.17 percent. It is below 2 per cent for the last 38 days.
Under the nationwide vaccination campaign, 106.3 crore doses of corona vaccine have been given to people so far, including 12,77,542 doses given in the last 24 hours.

There are now 79,185 active cases of corona in Kerala. So far, a total of 48,57,181 people have become free from corona infection in the state. A total of 31,681 people have died of corona.
292 new cases of Kovid-19 have been reported in Karnataka. According to news agency ANI, 345 corona patients have become healthy in the state and 11 patients died on Sunday, there are 8,644 active cases of corona virus infection in the state. So far 29,41,578 patients have been cured in the state and a total of 38,082 people have died due to corona so far.
