This time the product that Apple has launched is quite surprising. Apple is now selling a “polishing cloth” for Rs 1,900.

Apple is also giving the option of paying for it in monthly installments of Rs 224 to the interested customers who buy it. The company says that its polishing cloth is “made from a soft, non-abrasive material” and that it safely and effectively cleans any Apple display, including nano-textured glass.

On its website, Apple has also listed its compatibility with the range of products. The fabric is compatible with many iPhone models, iPad models, Mac models – the three flagship Apple products – and some Apple Watch and iPod models.

Apple products are known for their fine quality and require utmost care. The special coating it applies to the displays of its high-end iMac systems and other similar products makes it very likely that scratches may occur during polishing. Therefore, it makes sense to use a special kind of cloth made of soft materials to clean them. Plus, compared to the cost of the Apple Display, the polishing cloth costs only a nominal amount. Some say that Apple should include clothing with its products, which may also be required, and should not charge separately.

Apart from this, the company recently introduced the third generation AirPods, which are the successor of AirPods 2, aka AirPods (second generation). AirPods (3rd Generation) have shorter stems for better grip and better ergonomics. The company has priced the AirPods (3rd Generation) in India at Rs 18,500. These new true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds will be available for order in the country from Monday, October 25 through the Apple India Online Store and will go on sale starting Tuesday.
