Apart from this, BJP also wants to regain the seat of power through Purvanchal Expressway, Ganga Expressway, Gorakhpur Link Expressway and Bundelkhand Expressway.

Samajwadi Party: At this time only the Samajwadi Party is seen in a position to give a tough competition to the BJP. Akhilesh had also opened the box of his promises in an election meeting in Saharanpur last month. He had said that after the formation of the government, the road coming from Ghazipur and Ballia to Lucknow would be repaired first. Akhilesh also promised to increase the number of police vehicles and ambulances.
