One of the major reasons for this is that doctors and nurses of government hospitals have more work pressure. In such a situation, many times he gets angry. After an argument with the patient or their relatives, a situation of dispute arises. To deal with this, doctors, nurses and other staff in Jaypee Hospital will be taught stress management lessons. For this, a workshop will be organized two or three days a week at Jaypee Hospital. During this, doctors, nurses and other staff will be taught how to remain calm, comfortable and stress-free amidst the pressure of work.
Dr. Rakesh Srivastava, Superintendent of Jaypee Hospital said that this system is going to start in the hospital from next month. Sisters of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya and others will take classes here and tell doctors, nurses how to stay stress-free. JP is the first government hospital in the state, where this work is being done for stress management. Earlier, preparations were being made to conduct a similar stress management workshop in Hamidia Hospital, but it could not be implemented. There is no such system in AIIMS also. Dr Rakesh Srivastava said that due to less staff in government hospitals, the work pressure becomes very high. Patients also stay more in government hospitals. Due to this, many times doctors or nurses say something under stress, due to which the patient and the relatives get angry.
