Grated Paneer, Condensed Milk, Green Cardamom Powder, Ghee, Pistachios Finely Chopped
step 1- To make kalakand, first grate the paneer. Then mix it with condensed milk on a pan on low flame.
Step 2- Keep stirring the milk and paneer mixture until it becomes thick.
Step 4- Add green cardamom powder to it and mix it well.
Step 5- Now take out this mixture on a plate. For this, first grease a small deep plate with ghee.
Step 7- Leave the fondant in the room to cool down. Afterwards keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 8- After the fondant cools down, take it out of the fridge and cut it into square pieces with a knife.
